The ARF (Aquatic Rescue Force) is an elite group of seals who protect and rescue innocent Seals and Turtles when they are in danger. It is unknown who founded the force, but it has apparently kept his or herself a secret. All members have special red uniforms that read "ARF" in big letters on the back. The abbreviation "ARF" works nice, since it's the language seals speak.
